1. What is the sizing for the nylon elastic?
The amazing thing about the nylon elastic is that it fits newborn –toddler. It expands as your baby grows and is so soft and gentle on the head. There is no sizing needed, because it fits all sizes.
2. What type of clips do you use? And what are the bows sizing?
We use a small 1.75 inch alligator clip that has been proven to be the best for all hair types even fine, slippery hair. If you would like us to make your clip in the headband size (1.5 inches instead of 2 inches) please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or let us know in the checkout notes. Bows sizing: 1.5-1.75 inches for headband bows, 2 -2.25 inches for standard clips and .75 -1 inch for The Welcome Home Set
3. When will my order ship?
All items are handmade upon purchase and ship in 5-10 business days. There is a “Rush my order” listing that cuts down processing time to 1-3 business days. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR ORDER TO SHIP DURING SALE TIME AND HOLIDAYS, THANK YOU!
4. How long does shipping take?
In the U.S. your package is shipped first class and takes 2-5 days on average to arrive. You can upgrade to priority shipping which is a guaranteed 1-3 day shipping time. For countries outside the U.S. shipping times can take 1-2 weeks or LONGER depending on customs. Please be aware of this before you make a purchase if you are outside the U.S., Simple June is NOT responisble for any shipping issues that occur, thank you! Simple june is also not responsible for any customs fees that may occur.
5. Will there be tracking on my order?
Yes, all packages having tracking information that is sent to the email you put in when you purchased your items.
